Cancellation policy: Refunds less a 10% admin fee will be issued for reservations cancelled prior to 14 days from arrival. Cancellations made between 14 days and 72 hours of arrival will result in a rain check valid for one year. Cancellations made within 72 hours, no shows or early departures will result in forfeiture of all monies.
MA state tax of 5.7% and a local occupancy tax of 4% apply to all reservations.
